Challenging But Rewarding Ride

Honestly, it wasn’t easy, but using distractions helped me push through. The challenges sparked self-awareness and growth. 

I played two cricket games in the scorching sun. Shockingly, my energy didn’t fade at all.

It taught me a lot about nutrition and made me reevaluate my relationship with food - portion sizes, caloric intake, etc.

I thought I'd lose muscle, but actually felt stronger afterward. My testosterone even rose significantly.

Sacrifices and Progress

Progress requires sacrifice. Losing 2.6 kg highlighted the program’s effectiveness. 

Yet I gained deeper benefits:

1. Moving quicker and running harder on the field  

2. Much higher energy   

3. Old clothes fitting perfectly!

Culinary Magic
