Co-founder
A distinguished physician and Harvard Business School alumnus, emerges as a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of successful ventures spanning India and the United States.
His journey into the realm of fasting and wellness was profoundly shaped by his father's courageous battle against cancer. In a quest to find the most effective dietary support for his father's fight, Sahil embarked on years of diligent research, ultimately uncovering the profound impact of a 5-day water fast, a regimen he attributes to extending his father's life.
Armed with his extensive medical knowledge, Sahil played an integral role in the development of our fasting-focused product in collaboration with Varun Khanna. His expertise ensured the product's safety and efficacy, drawing upon a deep understanding of the physiological mechanisms underlying extended fasting periods.
