Twice the Experience, Double the Impact

Yes, I took on the Outlive challenge twice, and both times my adventure unfolded uniquely. Let's rewind to round one.

First Time: Flavorful Food and Mental Toughness

Day one brought a delicious menu - tomato soup, tasty crackers and a chocolate bar got things started on a high. Day two brought some cravings, but I embraced the change, knowing it was positive. That mindset, paired with zesty lemon soup, made me feel strong.

Day three I enjoyed the soups, crackers and my new favorite - the peanut butter bar. Despite an intense workout, my energy soared and focus sharpened. Day four brought a brief headache, but the comforting mushroom soup, olives, peanut butter bar and a sweet dessert made it a fleeting hurdle.

Key Takeaway:

Physical Change: Shedding weight while building mental resilience felt like a shared victory.

Culinary Praise: The delicious crackers and peanut butter bars were menu heroes.

Mind-Body Link: Mental and physical wellbeing were clearly connected, bringing new energy.

Hunger Hurdles: While some challenges arose, the Outlive team's support made it rewarding.

The Sequel

When I did round two, I felt prepared, making it a breeze. The scales tipped again, losing 3 kg before my Italy trip!
